Refunds and billing
- Credit purchases are final — we do not offer cash refunds.
- You are only charged for what the renderer actually produces, so a job that fails is not billed.
- Plan credits expire 30 days after they are added. Top-up credits last 12 months.
- Cancel a subscription any time. Credits already in your balance keep the same expiry they were given.
