Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MiniMint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MiniMint is an AI-powered video clipping platform. You submit a video file or YouTube URL and MiniMint generates short clips, captions, and related outputs you can preview and download.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must own or have explicit permission to process every video file and YouTube link you submit. You retain ownership of your content. You grant MiniMint a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, process, transcode, display, and deliver your content solely to operate the service for you.

• Infringing copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Submitting unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content.
• Scraping content you do not own or are not authorized to process.
• Distributing malware or attempting to disrupt the service.
• Impersonating others or violating third-party platform rules (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

Clips, captions, transcripts, and scores are produced by automated systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing them. We make no guarantee that any clip will perform well or go viral.

MiniMint uses third-party providers (including Reap.video for AI processing and Supabase for backend services) to deliver the product. Your use of MiniMint may be subject to the platform rules of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other services where you publish your clips.

Upload size, processing time, storage, and clip counts may be limited based on your plan or provider constraints. We may modify limits and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Paid plans (when available) are billed through our payment provider. Refund eligibility and plan terms will be presented at checkout. You authorize recurring charges for any subscription you select until cancellation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or risk harm to other users or third parties. You may stop using MiniMint and delete your account at any time.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law, or in response to valid takedown requests.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniMint and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold MiniMint harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

We may modify the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by MiniMint at launch. The specific governing law and venue will be set before public release.
